Privacy Policy — TiltGuard

TiltGuard is designed to enforce trading discipline inside TradingView. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the extension.
1. Account & Subscription Information
TiltGuard uses email-based subscription verification.
We collect:
- Email address (entered by the user for subscription verification)
- Subscription status (for billing verification through Stripe)
We do not collect passwords.
We do not use Google authentication.
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any Google services.
Subscription verification is handled through our secure billing server.
2. Trading Session & Website Data
TiltGuard operates only on TradingView web pages.
The extension reads limited page content necessary to detect trade activity and enforce user-defined trade limits, including:
- Trade count
- Session timer
- Lock enforcement status
- Profit/Loss (P&L) values displayed on TradingView
All trading session data is processed locally within your browser.
TiltGuard does not transmit trade history, P&L data, or session summaries to external servers.
3. Financial Information
TiltGuard does not collect or store credit card details.
All billing is processed securely by Stripe.
TiltGuard does not access brokerage credentials, trading passwords, or financial account numbers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Limited data (email and subscription status) may be processed by:
- Stripe (billing)
- Our billing verification server (subscription validation)
These providers process data solely to operate the service.
5. Data Storage
Subscription verification status is stored locally in the user’s browser.
Email is used solely for subscription validation.
Trading activity data is not transmitted externally.
6. Data Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting:
