By installing, accessing, or using TiltGuard (“Extension,” “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
TiltGuard is a browser extension designed to help traders enforce self-imposed daily trade limits within TradingView web charts.
TiltGuard:
- Monitors trade activity within TradingView web pages
- Enforces user-defined trade caps
- Locks sessions when limits are reached
TiltGuard does not:
- Execute trades
- Access brokerage accounts
- Connect to trading APIs
- Provide trading signals
- Provide financial advice
TiltGuard functions solely as a behavioral discipline tool.
2. Subscription & Access
Certain features of TiltGuard require an active paid subscription.
Subscription verification is conducted through email-based validation with our billing system.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate email information
- Maintaining your subscription status
- Canceling subscriptions if you no longer wish to use the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if subscription validation fails.
3. No Financial Advice
TiltGuard does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
All trading decisions are made solely by you.
You acknowledge that:
- Trading involves risk
- You may incur financial losses
- TiltGuard does not guarantee profitability or performance improvement
4. Limitation of Liability
TiltGuard is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiltGuard and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Missed trades
- Platform outages
- Data inaccuracies
- Software bugs
- Service interruptions
- Subscription verification failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
5. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Complying with TradingView’s terms of service
- Complying with applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction
- Ensuring the Service operates correctly within your browser environment
TiltGuard does not override brokerage systems and cannot prevent you from trading outside of TradingView.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of TiltGuard is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
TiltGuard processes only the data necessary to provide subscription validation and session enforcement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
