TiltGuard is a subscription-based software product operated by Caughman Group LLC.
Free Trial
TiltGuard offers a $1 evaluation for 7 days. During this trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without being charged.
If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be billed.
Subscription Billing
After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the published rate unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@tiltguard.app.
Refunds
Because TiltGuard provides immediate access to digital software services, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges once a billing cycle has started.
We encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to billing errors or duplicate charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@tiltguard.app within 7 days of the charge.
